Es handelt sich um einen Austausch unter Experten, die von zwei Neurologen und einem für die Verkehrsmedizin zuständigen Arzt moderiert wird und sich mit dem Thema Fahreignung bei Patient:innen befasst, die entweder an Epilepsie oder an der Parkinson-Krankheit leiden. Dabei werden sowohl die klinischen Aspekte der Erkrankungen als auch die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen beleuchtet. Die Teilnehmer:innen (Neurolog:innen) können konkrete Patientenfälle mitbringen, um Rat einzuholen und Fragen zu stellen.

The «SNS Academy» is directed to assistants in Neurology and the workshops are also excellent refreshers for specialists, who are warmly invited to join.

Reasons to attend

The Academy consists of 3 conferences which are spread over a three-year period. Each of the three-day conferences (from Thursday until Saturday) focuses on one specific topic and provides the participants with advanced training and education.
