Dementia Connect Basel is a one-day local event at Felix Platter on 06 November 2026, designed to strengthen collaboration between research and clinical practice and to connect the regional dementia community. The programme includes insights into diagnostic and therapeutic pathways at the Felix Platter, as well as a Scientific Exchange session where local researchers and clinicians present their work and foster new collaborations.

Covering the most relevant topics in dementia prevention, diagnostics, treatment, and care, this year's Dementia Summit will bring together experts from different clinical disciplines, Swiss academic institutions, and organizations including Swiss Memory Clinics and Alzheimer Switzerland, to discuss the most recent progress and challenges in the field, and how to translate these into meaningful clinical practice.

Es werden u.a. 12 Credits der SGPP, der SGAIM, 4 Credits der Schweizer Gesellschaft für Neurologie (SGN) und für Pädiatrie (SGP) vergeben. Der Kurs ist für den Fähigkeitsausweis Schlafmedizin anrechenbar (12 Credits der SGSSC).

Is is an interactive workshop on modern migraine therapy. The focus will be on current pathophysiological concepts, evidence-based therapy decisions, and practical aspects of patient management. In addition to concise expert presentations, the workshop will also provide room for discussion and collegial exchange.
