WIN Mentoring-Programm
The aim of the WIN Mentoring Programme is to create a network among women in Swiss neurology and to support future female neurologists in their further training and career planning.
Two forms of mentoring are possible:
- Traditional "one-to-one" mentoring and
- Peer mentoring
The design of the mentoring is left to the partners. If mentees express their priorities for mentoring, this is taken into account when matching mentees and mentors, if possible. At the annual network meeting, everyone is invited to meet and share experiences.
We would like to explicitly motivate female colleagues in Switzerland to apply.
